The service provider is not obliged to refund cancellations of services that have not been provided to the user before cancellation.

Users can terminate their subscription at any time at no additional cost. In this case, the user will only be asked to pay for the services that have been agreed before cancellation. In order to process the cancellation, the user must fill in a cancellation form on the website or send an email to the service provider (email address: info@official-iq-test-2go.com) with the following information: the user must write "Contract cancellation" in the subject line and the body of the message must contain a name, a first name and an electronic address.

If the user cancels their subscription as indicated in clause of the above conditions, the user can request a refund for the month during which the user presents a request for cancellation, on condition that the user has already paid the subscription fees before the cancellation. In order to commence a refund procedure, the user must fill in a request form on the website or send an email to the service provider (email address: info@official-iq-test-2go.com) with the following information: the user must write "Refund request" in the subject line and the body of the message must contain a name, a first name and the electronic address used to send the certificate of IQ results and the user's bank details.

10. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
